الاختصاصية النفسية سارة أدهم، حاصلة على تخصص في العلاج السلوكي المعرفي والجدلي من جامعة أومية في السويد، ولديها تخصص في اضطراب الشخصية النرجسية من جامعة كادي المتخصصة في الاضطرابات النفسية. تعتبر سارة أدهم من الرائدين في مجال العلاج السلوكي المعرفي ومعالجة ضحايا العلاقات النرجسية. وهي مؤلفة لعدة كتب، منها "النرجسية: الداء والدواء"، وكتاب "السماء الحمراء" بنسختيه العربية والإنجليزية.

تدير سارة أدهم أكاديمية نفسي حيث تهتم بجودة التعليم والتواصل مع الطلاب وتحديد المواد الدراسية. وتدير أيضًا عيادة "نفسي" التي أسستها لتسهيل التواصل في العلاج النفسي في جميع أنحاء العالم. تقدم سارة الجلسات النفسية بثلاث لغات: الإنجليزية والعربية والسويدية. تشارك أيضًا في قناتها على يوتيوب، حيث تسهم في التواصل مع العالم العربي بالإضافة إلى الدول الإسكندنافية والولايات المتحدة.
